Scripture: Psalm 80:1-7, Isaiah 42:10-18, Hebrews 10:32-39
Questions/Thoughts: Reflect on any suffering or ridicule that you may have experienced as a result of your faith. Pray for those around the world who are being persecuted, that they might have patient endurance as they serve the Lord.
Prayer:
In silent suff’ring some await
Your reign of justice here,
While others dulled by wealth and ease,
Cannot explain their fear.
When prophets spoke and Mary sang
Of tables overturned,
Dare we admit, in trembling awe,
Our hearts within us burned?
